Ann is a sixth generation Texan. After graduating from The University of Texas, Ann practiced in public accounting. Ann has been recognized as an industry leader since she entered the Executive Search and Staffing industry and has received numerous awards for outstanding performance as an Executive Recruiter and a national industry leader. Ann has been inducted into the National Association of Personnel Services Hall of Fame for her leadership, innovation and contributions to the Executive Search and Staffing industry. Ann received the prestigious Norbert I. B. Fried Ethics National Award in recognition of her efforts to upgrade the image and practices of the Executive Search and Staffing industry. Ann is the Founder and CEO of Deacon Recruiting Inc., Deacon Professional Services LLC, and Lux Concierge LP. Deacon is one of the largest Executive Search firms in central Texas. Lux Concierge founded in 2021 is the largest concierge firm in Austin, Texas and has recently started to serve the Denver market.

Ann continues to give back to the community through her many Board activities. Ann currently serves on The University of Texas’ Chancellors Council Executive Committee and the Dean’s Advisory Council for the UTSA Alvarez School of Business. Ann is a Past Chairman of the Board for the National Association of Personnel Services; previous Community Board Leadership positions include the International Entrepreneurs Organization, the Battered Women’s Shelter of Bexar County, Arthritis Foundation, and the Junior League of San Antonio. Mrs. Deacon has received Distinguished Volunteer Awards and the President’s Award from various organizations.

Ann has been married to her husband, Charlie, for 35 years. She has strong family values and she considers herself fortunate to have close lifelong friends.

Summer manages the Operational responsibilities in the Austin and Denver markets. Throughout her career Summer has worked to define company culture and image to achieve numerous honors, including recognition in Austin Business Journal Best Places to Work and Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000.

Summer is a vibrant, data-driven, and customer service-focused leader who loves to marry people to processes to create operational efficiency and memorable experiences for employees and customers.

Customer service-obsessed, she possesses over 20 years of cross-functional operations, project management and sales experience working with organization’s boasting teams of creative thinkers focusing on the top-line drive, as well as bottom-line results.

Inspiring business success by fostering a sense of loyalty, consistency, and compassion among team members, Summer balances high expectations and standards with seamless organization and communication, all while having fun at work.

Chance Copeland is a Concierge Director with Lux’s long standing and valued Client, SkyHouse Austin. With countless Resident and Client Testimonials, Chance has a proven passion for making a difference in people’s lives and making Residents always feel at home.

Chance has been a Concierge for 6 years, with over 15 years of Customer Service Experience. He has found his true home at SkyHouse Austin, and enjoys the strong relationships he has formed with the Residents.
In his free time, Chance loves listening to live music and supporting the booming Austin music scene.

Paul Flores is a Concierge Director with Lux Concierge. He has served various Lux Clients in Austin, Texas including The Whitley, Ashton Austin, SkyHouse, The Quincy, and most recently, The Bowen.

Paul brings a 14 year tenure in the Concierge business, with over 20 years of Retail Management experience. As someone who enjoys challenges and problem solving, Paul has found his perfect fit in the Hospitality Industry.
Paul has a great love for music, and has been a lead singer to an award winning rock band since 1996.

Seher brings 5–6 years of experience in property management, with a background in student housing that led to her being recruited from Nebraska to Austin. Originally from Bosnia, she is excited to bring her strong work ethic, operational experience, and people-first mindset to the Lux Concierge team.

Outside of work, Seher is a dedicated mom to her five-year-old daughter and a passionate powerlifter who lives and breathes the gym. Having practiced karate growing up, she credits the discipline, focus, and resilience she developed early on as the foundation for her professional approach, qualities that translate directly into reliability, consistency, and excellence in her work every day.

Jennifer Ricks is a Concierge Director with Lux Concierge, serving the North Austin market with a passion for exceptional service and personalized experiences. With a background in both hotel management and client-centered concierge retail, she brings a well-rounded approach to hospitality. Her time as a hotel General Manager honed her leadership skills, earning her a “Best of” award in 2021, while her 20 years in education sharpened her ability to connect, communicate, and problem-solve with ease.

Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time with family, friends, and their many pets. She enjoys game nights, beach days (no matter the season), and exploring locally owned restaurants. Whether she’s sharing a home-cooked meal, getting lost in a good book, or soaking up moments with her grandbaby, she values the connections and experiences that bring joy to everyday life.

Nathan Rabinovitch is thrilled to join the Lux Concierge team as a Concierge Director in the Austin market. He brings over 20 years of hospitality and resort experience including managing safari lodges and camps in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda, Botswana and Madagascar!

Nathan was born and raised just one mile from one of the seven wonders of the world, the Victoria Falls located in Zimbabwe. Growing up in a tourist destination and living on a photographic safari farm, he has hospitality in his blood and fell in love with sharing his love of his country and the wildlife to visitors. He is excited to bring his African, 5-star customer service to Lux Concierge.

When he is not working, you can find him at the gym, playing golf, watching rugby or cricket and finding the best BBQ Austin has to offer!

Shayne joined Lux Concierge in January 2024 as a Concierge Director, bringing with him over 28 years of experience in leadership, management, and administrative roles, all centered around serving others with excellence.

His passion lies in creating unique and memorable experiences for customers and guests, always striving to bring a smile to their faces.

Outside of work, Shayne is very family-oriented and loves spending time with his twin sons. He also enjoys music, traveling, riding and working with horses, interior design, and event planning.

With nearly 25 years of experience in high-end home technology, Craig brings both deep industry knowledge and a relentless drive for excellence to the LUX team. Originally from Chicago, he made the move to Austin in 2019 and hasn’t looked back, though his loyalty to the Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks remains as strong as ever.

Known for his sharp wit and infectious energy, Craig has a knack for making people smile, something that might trace back to his two-decade run as a part-time radio DJ in the Chicago area. Whether he’s leading a project or cracking a well-timed joke, Craig approaches everything with passion and purpose.

Craig is the father of two grown children Faith & Keaton.  Keaton is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University.  Outside of work, Craig lives with his best friend, a 90LB Golden Pyrenees named Wrigley, aka – The Big Wrig.  Together they secretly conspire to smuggle deep dish Chicago pizza into the great Republic of Texas.

Rene Morales brings a wealth of service-oriented experience to his role as Assistant Concierge Director. From retail management to his time as a TSA officer, Rene has built his career around helping others and creating positive experiences. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, he earned his degree in theatre and film from Texas State University and continues to pursue his creative passions in his free time.

Outside of work, Rene enjoys hiking, staying active, traveling the world, and dancing the night away. His energy, empathy, and enthusiasm make him a natural leader and a valued part of the team.

Max is a hospitality professional with 15 years of experience delivering elevated service in fast-paced, high-end environments. Originally from Carlsbad, California, he spent the past decade in San Francisco working in and managing acclaimed bars and restaurants, including establishments with Michelin-star recognition up to three stars. His background has shaped a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Max is excited to bring his extensive hospitality knowledge and service-driven mindset to the Lux Concierge team.

Outside of work, Max enjoys golfing, staying active at the gym, watching and playing sports, and attending live music shows. Always on the hunt for the next great restaurant or perfectly crafted cocktail, he looks forward to helping residents discover the best dining and nightlife experiences Austin has to offer.

Liam joined Lux Concierge in 2024, bringing six years of luxury residential experience. Liam will have oversight, in conjunction with Managing Director, Chris Wilson, at The Residences at 6G Austin.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys exploring the city’s vibrant art scene, inspired by his family of artists and musicians.

Anthony Martinez is a Concierge Assistant Director at Lux Concierge. Anthony is a proud Austinite and has a decorated resume in various Customer Service roles.

Anthony has long standing relationships with Lux Team Members and is dedicated to growing his skillset in hospitality. Concierge means caretaker, and Anthony has found his perfect fit in a profession where he can provide the exceptional to Residents and our community.

Anthony is a proud husband and father and enjoys being active in coaching baseball, softball and volleyball for his 3 children.

A California transplant, Nanci has called Austin home for the past eight years—and has loved every minute of it. Whether she’s paddle-boarding on the lake, discovering new local art and murals, or enjoying live music, Nanci embraces everything that makes the city vibrant.

With a diverse background in hospitality—including hotels, restaurants, and short-term rentals—Nanci brings a wealth of experience and a passion for people to her role. She thrives on connection and takes pride in creating thoughtful solutions that enrich the lives of those around her.

Born and raised in Austin, Emerie Guerra brings a natural warmth and Texas charm to her role as Concierge Assistant Director. She holds a B.A. in Theatre from Arizona State University and spent a decade creating magic at Disney, where she honed her skills in world-class guest service.

Known for her enthusiasm, helpful spirit, and joyful energy, Emerie’s smile can brighten any room. She is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in being part of unforgettable experiences for others. A true “daymaker,” Emerie lives for those small moments that turn an ordinary day into an extraordinary one.

Originally from North Carolina, Paul Horne’s journey took him through South Carolina for Army Reserve training before he made his way to Austin for a job—and quickly fell in love with the city he now calls home.

Paul brings a wealth of organizational and procedural expertise to Lux, paired with a calm, steady presence that residents and team members alike rely on. He is known for being unflappable, friendly, and always willing to help.

A nature enthusiast, Paul enjoys meditative walks outdoors and finds peace in the natural world. He also values meaningful 1:1 conversations with residents, taking the time to learn their stories and gather insights into how their experience can be enhanced.

Raised on the Texas Coast, Jessica brings warmth, resilience, and a natural sense of hospitality to every interaction. With more than 25 years of experience in client service, operations, and team leadership, her background spans dental practice management and executive assistant roles—equipping her with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments.

Jessica leads with communication, trust, and genuine care, creating experiences that feel seamless and welcoming for both residents and team members. She is passionate about building a strong, reliable team culture and upholding the elevated level of service that defines the LUX experience.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys live music, crafting, football weekends, and spending time with her partner, Amy, and their dogs.

Nick is a passionate professional who loves guiding people through any adventure they choose. Known for bringing positivity and enjoyment to tasks both big and small, he creates experiences that feel effortless and engaging.

Before entering luxury hospitality, Nick spent over 15 years in ecotourism, including managing a five-star adventure park on Lake Travis. His background has shaped his ability to keep guests comfortable in dynamic environments and to understand individual needs through empathy and curiosity.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys exploring family-friendly parks around Austin and perfecting his skills at the grill—often experimenting with new and delicious BBQ creations.

Jeff Whiteside is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 19 years of experience in luxury hotels and high-rise residential communities. He is excited to join the Lux Concierge team, bringing a reputation for reliability, integrity, and strong leadership that has earned him multiple service awards throughout his career. Jeff is known for his proactive approach to problem-solving and his commitment to exceeding expectations in high-demand luxury residential environments. He believes that building long-term relationships with residents is key to driving satisfaction, retention, and community loyalty.

Born and raised in the Highland Park area of Dallas, Texas, Jeff has a passion for travel, though his favorite place of all is right here in Austin.
