Rodney and his team have been running a tight ship! We can always count on them for all of our needs to be handled appropriately!

The only negative thing I can say about Rodney is that he hasn’t managed to clone himself. I wish there were a 100 more Rodney’s working at Northshore.

Rodney runs a tight ship and is a consistent role model for his staff.

Rodney is absolutely loved by Northshore Residents. He knows us all by name and always has a smile on his face and does everything he can to help us.

To date, I’ve yet to encounter anyone as pleasant, polite and professional as Rodney Thomas.

“I wanted to take a few minutes to share with you my experience with the failure of the two elevators.  This caused a stir as many folks had to wait for an extended period of time for the use of one elevator.  That is not why I am writing to you.  I am writing to give kudos to Chance Copeland “Concierge”.  His crisis management experience was incredible.  He was able to keep his calm under a lot of stress, he was to maintain control of the building while escalating the emergency.  As an executive in customer and sales relations, Chance Copeland’s work last Friday was superb.  This could have easily become an ugly situation if it wasn’t for Chance’s efforts to keep everyone calm and cool.”
